750v is way, way way too high. However if you have one that runs on 120v or 220v you'll be fine.

Now, 750W on the other hand is more than enough. You could easily get away with a 650w, and likely a 550w depending on the other components.

Aside from wasting money on poor efficiency, yes, you should be able to play Minecraft.

Those "will my CPU bottleneck", "is my xxxW power supply enough" and "GTX1060 or RX480" threads driving me nut.

When will people learn to google?

That's how it goes. People don't search Google or this forum. They just ask.

I blame Obama.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

Can't people do some maths? Look up the power consumption of all the components and add them up. Is it really that difficult?

Woah you're really cutting it close, I have my double redundant 2000watt server power supply with my Pentium 4 and geforce 21, and I'm still scared

I know. So I just discover Phanteks makes Power Combo, allows me join two PSU together. I'll add another EVGA 1600w P2 to the system as soon as possible. You can never be too safe when it comes to powering such high end GPU. :)
