Base clock overclocking an i5-4590

I have an i5-4590, and it's the non overclockable version, I got it for free, and wanted to use it in my gaming rig, so I looked around, and a friend gave me two H81M-E33 motherboards.

So I bought some parts, and put together a couple of PC's.

SPECS:

        CPU: Intel i5-4590 (HASWELL)

Motherboard: H81M-E33

Ram: 8 gigabytes of DDR3-1600 mhz ram (unsure of actual product name)

   GPU: Zotac GTX 1060 (3gb)

PSU: EVGA 500 watt PSU

I was wondering if there was a limit to the overclockability of this rig, and how far it could be overclocked.

I have overclocked it to 3.7 ghz (from 3.3) using base clock multiplier in the BIOS settings, and force saving it. It boosts to 4.11 ghz, and I was wondering if it was possible to overclock it any further, and if so, how?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 @3.7ghz (1.3v) Cooler: NZXT Kraken X62 GPU: Zotac Mini GTX 1060 Case: NZXT - S340 (Black/Blue) Mobo: MSI B350m mortar arctic

RAM: Team Vulcan DDR4 (2x4gb, 2666mhz) Storage: Toshiba 1tb 7200rpm HDD, PNY CS1311 Sata SSD (6gb/s) PSU: EVGA - BQ 500w 80+ Bronze semi modular

You sure you actually overclocked it? 3.7ghz is the turbo frequency of the i5 4590.

Yes, I overclocked it to 3.7 ghz, it now turbo's to 4.11 ghz.

The base clock was 33, and I moved it to 37, so the base clock reading is not 3.7 ghz, and not the turbo, so yes, I know what I am doing, I simply need to know how to get it past 3.7 ghz stable without increasing voltage, since it refuses to let the multiplier reach anything past 37.

Any more questions? I'd like to get it past 3.7, and my motherboard seemingly doesn't allow BCLK editing. (i.e. forcing it past 37)

I don't think you can, h81 isnt meant for overclocking, even baseclocking.

Personal build >  New-ish AMD main gaming setup

PLEASE QUOTE OR @ ME FOR A RESPONSE xD

Sorry to disappoint, but I asked for these specifically because they ARE meant for overclocking! :)

Hence the i5-4590 already being overclocked. The question is not whether it CAN overclock, but if it can overclock higher than the normal turbo speed, due to being incapable of increasing the voltage, It would be interesting to find out if we can bypass it's "safety setting" that prevents it from being run past 3.7 ghz.
