Reinstall your drivers :D

isnt 300 mhz extremely low?

Yep...should be going up to 1750/2000mhz~ (depending on whether you have a 4GB card or a 8GB card)

8000MHz

*cough cough* you need to divide it by four

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

Boot into safe mode and use DDU to uninstall all of your graphics drivers (you might not have done it properly and there might still be some Nvidia files in your system). The instal the new ReLive driver.

Lemme guess, it's the EVGA 80+ white 430watt? It's crap but shouldn't be the thing causing an issue

Can you try rolling back to pre-relive drivers and see if it changes anything?

Anyway, remember to quote when replying else we won't be notified that you replied to us.

"Quote"

Yeah, I am very regretful of purchasing that PSU :/

Well... because of the way ddr5 works, 2000MHz is effectively 8000MHz.

Yep but it's indicated as 1750 or 2000MHz (going by stock 4GB and 8GB mem clocks) so...it's better to say what it's going to be indicated as in GPUz/afterburner/whatever :D

okay not the issue then

The thing that confused me is that Doom for some reason runs perfectly. Its so odd how the GPU favors it.

Have you tried  to reinstall minecraft?

Before trying that, he should reinstall his GPU drivers as he's getting issues in other games you know :P

I told you that already, boot into windows safe mode (by holding shift when you are pressing the restart button and then follow the instructions on your screen). Uninstall your current drivers and install the new ones.

P.S.: Did you plug your 8-Pin PCI-e Connector into your card?

I think you've not even read anything on here. AS I SAID, previously I had a 750ti (A worse card). And I reached MUCH better performance in those games. Thus it cannot be CPU bottlenecked.

of course it can be bottlenecked, Minecraft is CPU intensive. but it shuld not be this bad, with a new GPU

But previously with the old worse card, it performed much better. This is all so annoying. I feel like I wasted my money.

But do you have  your PCI-e connector plugged in? You were using a gtx 750ti, which does not use one of those, so it might not have occurred to you.

To be fair, without the PCIe connector, there would be nothing displayed on your screen...
