Well, all of my canadian friends, boxing day sales will soon be upon us, checking out dealsource.tech, there are very little deals there, and other groups online only really talk about stuff like baby cribs, so i figured i'd start a thread on LTT @deXxterlab97 @AshleyAshes @wkdpaul @Ryan_Vickers- please mention other canadian LTT users, you guys are the only ones that i really remember.  Also, please follow this thread as i will be posting any deals i find in canada throughout the night and im sure that others will too.

well i got an S6 w/ 2gb of data and unlimited everything else , a glass screen protector and a proper case for 20€/month 

 

cant complain , since my old contract JUST ran out yesterday :P

it was a sale , just before christmas 

 

edit : we celebrate on the 24th , got that deal on the 23rd and my old one ran out on the 22nd

Well thanks for the mention, I will follow this.  I expect decent savings on PSUs and HDDs as I've seen those marked down particularly well in the past, but I'm not currently in the market for either so whatever you do find will be more impulse :P

$199 CAD for this Seagate 8TB external drive, the same at Best Buy.  I'll crack it open and just use the 8TB SMR Archive HDD inside it in my server.  That's $24.87/TB. :)

 

On Black Friday I saw these at the cheapest I'd seen, $249 CAD, but resisted the urge then, I'd seen them as low as $279 before, which is what I paid for the two already in my server, now at $199, even witg 1.2TB free in the server, I can't say no.

I, for one, have no problem with our Canadian overlords. Laptop docking area- 2 1440p korean monitors mounted, one AHVA matte, one samsung PLS gloss (very annoying, yes). Trashy Razer blackwidow chroma...I mean like the J key doesn't click anymore. I got a model M i use on it to, but its time for a new keyboard. Some edgy Utechsmart mouse similar to g600. Hooked to laptop dock for both of my dell precision laptops. (not only docking area)

Shelf- i7-2600 non-k (has vt-d), 380t, some ASUS sandy itx board, intel quad nic. Currently hosts shared files, setting up as pfsense box in VM. Also acts as spare gaming PC with a 580 or whatever someone brings. Hooked into laptop dock area via usb switch

Well fella Canadian's, I grabbed a G502 for 49.99 which is 1/2 off. Just throwing this out there if anyone else wants to get one. You can get it on Amazon if you have Prime, or on Bestbuy w/ free shipping. The spectrum is 89.99 on Amazon fyi.

 

Aside from that I didn't see many "good" deals, either missed them entirely or overlooked them.
