Can the AMD A10-9600p Game

Will the AMD A10-9600p Beat the AMD A10 8700p in gaming performance and if so to what extent?

CPU AMD A10-8700P Carrizo 28nm Technology
RAM 8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard AMD Gardenia (Socket FP4)
Graphics 512MB ATI AMD Radeon R6 Graphics
Storage 931GB Western Digital WDC WD10 JPVX-22JC3T0 SATA Disk Device (SATA)

You can game on almost all CPU's, as long as they are working. You should ask yourself: which games do I want to play, and can this CPU handle it...

This is the laptop in question.

Currently my AMD A10-8700p with its R6 Intergrated graphics can get around 30-60fps on CSGO, all low 720p with vsync and MSAA/FXAA disabled. and GTA V.. well I dont even want to say.

I just want it to be able to run GTA V (even all low), CSGO and Maybe RUST.

 

My main bottleneck is the £400 budget.

I'm not familiar with the AMD APUS but from what I see, the 8700 has a slightly better GPU on it (R6 vs R5 and a slightly faster clockspeed)

I don't foresee this making a very noticeable difference in gaming though.

When in doubt, re-format.

It won't have much of a performance boost compared to that gen.
