New cheap league of legends stream build

Hello guys I need a cheap gaming pc that will stream and play league of legends in decent fps preferably above 120 

 

I currently have 3 pieces asrock z97 killer seasonic semi modular power supply 750 watt 80+ gold and case haf 912 here is a setup I put together myself please feel free to make adjustments and maybe drop the price a bit more( I'm a university student really tight on money)

What do you guys think of this setup:

Case: haf 912
Motherboard: asrock z97 killer
Cpu: i5 4460 
Gpu: asus gtx 750 ti strix
Hdd: seagate 1 tb
Ram: corsair vengeance 8gb

psu: seasonic 750w 80+ gold

 

edit: I already bought the motherboard case and psu a while ago.

The 750ti is outdated now, the rx 460 is the same price and performs better.

probs overkill

depends on the settings, but why 120? You're probably not going to notice past 60

Let me clarify I'm a total noon when it comes to building pcs, also the motherboard power supply and case were bought months ago for a different project so I want you to help me build the pc based on the items I already own.

Grab a used 7970 on ebay for 100$ and use the new amd relive recording.
