People on kjiji are paranoid and scared I might take their money away when I send PayPal money which is the reason I can not buy anything off it

 

What do I do? I know ebay is one option but it is way more expensive for me to buy

 

I need something that can assure seller  that I won't steal their money when I got the card back

 

Help?

Some advice:

1. NEVER buy anything on Kijiji that will be shipped.

2. Use CASH ONLY

3. In person transactions only

4. Perform the transaction and exchange in a public venue, during daytime, if the value of the item is high - a Police Station lobby is a great place to do it
