Confused on O2/ODAC setup

I just got back from vacation recently, and I found a package from Mayflower containing this:

And where my confusion comes from the fact that I received this a few days ago:

and I thought it was the O2/ODAC combo unit that I meant to order. I don't necessarily mind having 2 units, but I don't know how to set them up. I saw that some of these had RCA jacks on the back, but these only have MiniUSB ports. If I could return/exchange these for a single unit, that would be nice. I apologize if this is a dumb question, this is confusing to me. Any help is appreciated.

You sent me the fist unit to upgrade an ODAC with if I recall. Don't know how you got the second standard unit. Did you pay for it?
