fans : I have PWM fans

pumps: I don't watercool, there are no pumps

HDD's, they don't make any vibration.

how do I deal with it? I don't have to, there's no issue.

I guess it depends, :/ if you care that much about the fan vibration as that is the only noticeable one to me you could try using rubber screws. Yet not the best and might seem flimsy they do the job ok. HDD wont be an issue.

i would think the extra mass of a desk would reduce the vibrations

If you're getting noticeable vibrations, something's about to break.

This reminds me of a couple of HDDs I had years ago. Each were fine individually, but when both were screwed in, they resonated. That was fun to troubleshoot. (Obviously I had no fancy rubbers for HDDs back then.)

No. There shouldn't be any if you're using rubber feet on your case and your fans aren't shit.

If there is just put some open cell foam under your case if you don't have any bottom-side fans.

Don't tread on me. I squish, and white liquid comes out. It's icky, trust me.

Haven't noticed a vibration transferred from dekstop to desk in my entire life. Fans would produce the most vibration and I've never met a fan that moves a case enough to transfer a noticeable vibration into a desk.  This includes a coolermaster HAF 932 with 2 230mm fans and 5 140mm fans all running at the same time.
