It seems to be Tier 6 PSU tough (500M). I know the article isnt the newest, but it sure is a good article to follow up even as of today, or Toms hardware equivalent ones.

6GB will remain relevant and perform well for longer. Also, it's not just about FPS; 6GB will get you much higher texture quality at the same or higher framerates as the 3GB.
