Without overclocking and benchmarking you're not going to notice any real-world difference between the two kits so go with whatever is cheapest or on their QVL list.

I've got two big problems with your post;

 

1. You're dropping 4.5ish k on a CPU/RAM/mobo at the pro-sumer level which means you really ought to know what you're talking about

2. You're asking for "professional advice" on a tech forum

 

I'd advise paying someone to make this decision for you.
