Looking for people who want to use their Free time to make an app in a group

I was thinking about making a Location based app that lets the user ask people in a certain Radius of his Location or a Location specified by him that he is planning to be in at a specified time for a favor. So you could for example ask your neighbours for some flour if your cooking and you just noticed your out or ask someone to do your Shopping for you.

I was thinking of setting This up as a social Network so you can get Reputation points or so by doing favors (This app is Not supposed to be used for making money if you Go Buy something for someone they should pay for it but No more than that)

 

None of This is finalised and ihavent started with anything but i thought it might be nice to work on this in a group so here i am looking for people who might be interested. You dont need any experience i myself only have some Basic Java skills so im planning to learn as i go.

Finally i want to Note that i'm not going to pay anyone for participating in this im planning to work on this in my Free time and so should you.if however we somehow where to make money of This app (maybe through donations) everyone will get theyr fair Share.

I remember kind of a similar app (it was a chat based on an area so you could ask anyone near you about something in the area)

 

The success of a project like this depends on the amount of users it has. It would be ideal to enable it first in a single city as a trial. Also, it would be hard to moderate that the users are not earning money or doing something illegal.

 

Also, you are counting on the assumption that people are good and trusting, and this is not always the fact, and this could come back to bite you.

 

Finally, I'm really sorry, but my mind tends to always go to how a project could be done, and what could go wrong, which seems to be the majority of this reply.
