Unigine Valley Benchmark Scores Thread + SUPERPOSITION ***Over 1000 Submissions!***

Expect updated scores today for 780, 290x, 280, 580, and 6950. Course I'm gonna die of heat doing this but fuck its worth it air or die guys

Get a little G3258 and oc the balls out of it and do your heaven benching then put it aside that's what mine is for now. I might redo my 780 bench and see if I can score a little higher with it.

 

I can get my 4790k to at least 4.8Ghz safely, I may try another run at some point and see if it does anything.

it will, single thread speed makes this bench much better

I'm using a 240 rad aio myself. Plan on upgarding to a case that allows 2 360 or 2 480 rads for future 980 ti sli and keeping this one for G3258 and this 970. Still trying to get comfortable with voltage before I try going for 5Ghz.

Im running my g3258 on air it only needs 1.38v for 4.82GHz but the 290x dumps out so much heat that it causes the g3258 to throttle in a closed case

I was wondering why my GPU usage fluctuated so much during Valley. I guess that explains it.

So I guess I should get my 4670K off the shelf and swap it in real quick. I can manage a 5.1 clock with that with 1.39V. It's just my 4770K that can't even do 4.6 at 1.4V without dying. :')

 

(I would never run it at 1.4V constantly anyways. I dislike going above 1.3V.)

It was definitely worth the Effort, but it looks like 4.5Ghz is still the max I need for single Fury, much like it was with a single 290, but I know a big cpu overclock definitely helps with crossfire. If I had furyX crossfire I would be cranking the cpu clock for sure.

I tried at 4.8Ghz with 4 cores and HT on, still got the same results.

Ya, I need to go farther than 4.4 to get more out of my crossfire. The gpu usage right now is way too low.

MUCH better. That extra 400 mhz on the cpu really helped. Although I'm still not at full GPU usage.

 

@Jumper118: use this one for the 1080p scores. It's much better than my first.
