Good animation softwares.

Is there any good animation softwares? I've recently got into animation and I want an animation software that can make smooth and great animations like these:

Actually, any software would be fine. I just like the software these creators used.

Most animator either use Adobe Flash or Animate, Animate being newer and generally more stable.

Competitors to these programs is Harmony Toonboom.

2D Pencil is a decent not that popular animation program. It's also free, where as the others are not.
