Why did you switch to PC gaming?

Was it because of Mouse and Keyboard? Smoother gameplay? Prettier Graphics?  etc. etc.

 

But bring up only the 1, most important feature that made you switch

 

For me its Mouse and Keyboard over the terrible Controllers

Mouse and Keyboard and because of the graphics and cool mods you can do on games.

Didn't switch, was always a PC gamer.

The controls are much nicer and easier to use and everything is just much more customisable.

Well i was always a Pc gamer so yeah. (I had all these consoles but only the Gameboys where awesome)

I switched mainly for the graphics. PC Gaming isn't my main gaming device that I have, my 360 is the one I use mostly since I like to play multiplayer and play singe player games on my PC. Of course with a few exceptions of multiplayer games like BF4.

I was (still am) a huge battlefield player and I noticed how much better it is on PC so made the switch around bf2 era and can't go back. Definitely the place to be.

during the N64 and ps2 era

PC gaming was meh

all the great games were on console

but i still played some pc games on my low end dell pc

like rose online counter strike C&C since 2000

bought a high end pc in 2007 for real gaming because during the ps3 era most games were on pc and consoles alike

and i wanted high def gaming

too bad i got bored of gaming around 2009

I never switched I have always been playing games on my PC ever since my first computer. I used to play games on my snes and my gamecube but that was long ago.

It got to the point where i realised that i couldnt spend £60 on a game, that means i got one maybe two games a year. Now with the pc world i can get 3 to 4 games a year and thats before i include giveaway games.

It was about gameplay that was too good for console's pitty ass to handle even on crappy graphics

I didn't switch, I've always been a PC person.  I have consoles, but never use them.  My PC is more useful in my situation.
