willing to join the crew of a big ship if i can have a parking spot for my ship in the ship hanger bay.

 

EDIT: Name cannot have Linus tech tips  in the name, or linus or slicks name in the squad name for the protection of slick, linus, and Linus media group/Linus tech tips(LTT). If linus or slick heads this fleet, then if he is okay with having an association with LTT in the name, then of course it will be fine.  if we were to have the name associated with LTT in any way, then LTT could be held liable for our actions..

I and a few others, including @Ghost, @foxhound590, @Night, @Blade of Grass, @Str_Mape and a few other notable members have been discussing this for quite a while and i think it's safe to say that they'd be up for it... Under the pretense that i take control *Cough*

 

Otherwise, we'd be going it alone with a collective force of : 

 

3 x Aurora LN

2 x Avenger

1 x 325a

1 x freelancer

2 x F7C super hornets

1 x Retaliator

1 x 315p

1 x Drake interplanetary Cutlass

 

And we're all planning on getting more collectively. So i think it's safe to say we're pretty well kitted out

I am a member of the A.C.E.S.; Delta Frost Squadron but I'd love to fly with you guys.

 

I'd like to start out exploring and doing some trading/smuggling.  Possibly some escort/protection missions.

 

Any idea where you guys will want you first hanger? Earth? Terra?

I wouldn't mind joining but it will depend on what kind of clan this will be. I'll only be joining a group that is serious and well structured, even if casual, with defined objectives. Furthermore, a group to just LTT members is a bad idea, once we start playing expansion will be necessary and recruitment is a must. The only other requirement that I have is that the leader is voted on by the members of the clan. This is just in case that the person who creates the clan is not the most suitable for the position someone else can take over.

If it's just for LTT members then we'll be about 20 tops, spread around different time zones and with different playtimes, and in the end you'll have just a handful of people to play with. This means that the impact we can have as a clan will be severely limited and therefore the fun you can have will be limited as well. In less than a month the clan will have fallen apart and everyone will have left for other clans that fit their playstyles. It's just not possible to have an LTT only group. Maybe we could join up with other hardware communities, but that could cause unneeded drama. Also, I doubt Linus has the time to manage a clan and he's probably not the most qualified person even if he did.

 

Anyway, @ixi_your_face seemed like he knew what he was talking about so even though I don't know anything about him I'd rather have him as the leader and trust his decisions.
