The CX430 isn't a particularly good PSU, but it's decent enough and won't likely cause any problems.

The old CX series (which the 430 belongs to), wasn't really designed for gaming/high performance systems. It was designed to be used in office-type systems. The internals are only rated for 30ºc, and in general doesn't use the best components. As such its recommended not to buy it for a mid-tier or better performance-oriented system. Now, with that said, it's also not likely to kill your components or cause a fire.....So, it's not a good PSU, but it should still work fine. If you were going with a 1070/1080, then yeah, I'd say replace it, but for a 1060 I'd say either decision is fine.

it's not the best tier PSU, but if it has suited your needs up until now, there is no need to replace.

requires at least a 400w psu

Minimum wattage requirements are usually far more than what's actually required as they try to take into account many different hardware configurations and terrible PSUs. A locked i5+1060 system can run just fine on a 300w psu (even 250w would be doable, although certainly not advisable).

It's not a particularly good power supply but it's not rubbish either. You should be fine although an upgrade wouldn't hurt.

I have been there for half a year, dedicated my time on it but they take everything too serious. You can't even swear or make a little joke or they gonna ban you. I got a perma ban from there. But they give good advice

you're fine . the 1060 uses less power than the 660ti , and psu's last a long time.

It'll work well enough. Also ignore SR71's advice on TH. I don't know why he exaggerates everything so much.
