I need help with this build

Hey, im a new to computer stuff and I need help with building a new pc in around the 800$-900$ mark. Here is a pc I pulled from the internet combined with some tips what to part with what http://pcpartpicker.com/list/V4Tpr7 ( with a hyper 212 cooler, could not seem to pick it idk why)(and i don't know what PSU to take, recommendations?) ( also i can get a gygabite 960 for 160 euros in my country soo yeah not switching it)(also a gaming pc forgot to mention it )

Are you planning to overclock the CPU?

What you can change:

You could get a Samsung 750 EVO too if you like that brand/if that's better priced where you live.

I chose not to include a HDD, you can always add it later or not, you have the room left in your build.

What I also did not include is a cooler. This comes with the i5 6500, but you can go for an aftermarket cooler like the Cryorig C7 if you want better temps and less noise.

You could also go for a GTX 1050 Ti GPU too, since this supports the DX12 API (much) better than the GTX 960 and in terms of performance it's a bit better for the same price. Be sure to go  for a 4GB one.

If you do want to overclock just change the motherboard out for a Z170 motherboard and the CPU for the 6600K (and be sure to get a cooler in that case, like the H7 from Cryorig) or if you want to go for the 4690K anyways be sure to change the motherboard to something Z97 and the memory to DDR3 memory.

would it make a huge difference if i went for the 1050ti isntead of a 1060?(price range is quite akward in my country, not going to order from outside it too, takes too much time)

Any difference between the pro4 and the s?

Also the ram that was given is not avaible in my country i found a 2 that are same? idk lol im new ok.. :D

That PSU is not avaible in my country can u give me a few atleast good PSU (in order good-bad) for this pc?
