Top left in the first picture? Hard to tell from that image. It could be a front audio header, an RS-232 header...

 

EDIT: from this picture, it seems to be a front firewire header.

That could be vga extension. Server boards have onboard gpu through a 3rd party controller. The other thing, might be a lpt header.

 

 

Number of pin on that board is also 15. Usb 3 never exist during socket 1366 and floppy drives. Header in front is a 34 pin floppy connector.
