I was running down my driveway and dropped my phone trying to put it away, it slid across my gravel driveway. Surprisingly almost all the scratches are on the forehead, with a huge gash on the front facing camera (why do they exist anyways). There's a tiny scratch at the top of the display, and a rather big scratch on the right side (I'd say .5mm x .1/.05mm).

Would this product remove scratches?

I also heard putting a screen protector will make smaller scratches become invisible. However I don't know what qualifies as small. And I also don't know if it's specific to crack-scratches or gash-scratches (which I have in this case).

Edit: in proper lighting I noticed more scratches they ate all tiny however.

Honestly, I doubt it. It smells like snake oil to me.

Screen protectors are for protecting screens against scratches, not masking them, so I doubt that'll improve the situation by much

So really the only solution is to replace the screen right?

If you can live with the damage, just put a screen protector on it to avoid further damage.

If it's bad, look into changing it. Check prices for replacement costs at local phone repair shops and online. If online price is significantly lower, you could buy it online and have someone at the shop replace it for you (if you can't replace it yourself)

I wouldn't try Scratch Doctor since it's for car paint, you have better chance with Meguiar's PlastX since it's for plastic and glass surfaces, you can search on YouTube, lots of guides on how to fix car's headlights with it!

I probably couldn't buy it from a local store because I'm a cheap stake and buy oneplus phones for that sweet, sweet value.

But would that be fine on a touchscreen?

Anything that you do short of replacing the damaged parts will only hide the damage. It will not repair it as it is actual physical damage. The plastix is a good product but if you have gashes and notable scratches the only thing that will "fix" it is to replace it. Just my 2¢

I don't think there's any physical damage. The cuts are shallow.

If I turn my screen brightness this much, I can see only one cut standing out to me.

Seems legit and seller has a 98.6% rating. The parts for these phones are not really that much. Where you get killed is if you have to pay someone to replace the parts. I have done my own replacement of components and it is nerve racking and requires a steady hand and patience as well the knowledge of how to replace it.
