The 470 is better. 

That being said, neither games are that graphically intensive and either card would be fine at running the games max settings at 1080p or 1440p.

6100 + 470 is much better imo.

Although I personally find GPUs being the easier thing to upgrade :P (and the thing being upgrade more often than the CPU...)

I wouldn't but the i5 6400. You might as well save up for one of the faster models.

I was thinking the RX 480 really is not that much more than the 470's though.

Ignore almost everyone in this thread so far. There is absolutely no reason to spend more money on a GPU than the cost of a 960 if all you are playing is WoW and Diablo 3. Holy crap what is wrong with you people?

Because a 960 is absolutely fine regardless. For Christ's sake, a 960 would probably be fine at 4K on these games.

Buy a GT 210, very cheap on ebay, easily play WOW and Diablo 3.
