It won't really impact performance. I'd go with the Z170-A though. It might have a better chip set/more features but it might be exaclty the same. Go for whichever fits your budget or your taste, they're both reliable boards that can support any of the 1151 CPUs.

They perform the same. Get the one that has the features that you want.
