So I will be going on a road trip and i dont plan on having any access to internet and was wanting to learn more about computer parts such as cpus how they work what the do and honestly just a in-depth explaination of what everything in a computer does. Is there any kind of book, pdf, or something out there that anyone knows of?

Get a book from a library near you, ask for books on computers.

That or as stated above go to a library, but usually their books are a bit out of date.
