Anyone know what this error is?

This is happening now when I shutdown or restart my computer. It doesn't seem to be causing any harm but it's starting to annoy me and make me wonder if it is harmful.

It's some random error on windows 10, happens to several windows 10 computers i manage

K well I'm on win 7 but this is the first time I've ever seen this one so I was just wondering if it's anything to worry about. Thanks though

My friend's computer got the same error. Nothing was wrong with his computer. 

 

Edit: it was a windows 7 PC.

As long as your computer isn't crashing or bsoding, I wouldn't worry about it.

well from what I've heard from people now seems like it's just another idiotic windows error and probably something they fucked up in updates. Everything still opens and runs fine so I guess I'll be ok with it for now.
