Anyone know what this error is?

Click ok to terminate the program.

This is happening now when I shutdown or restart my computer. It doesn't seem to be causing any harm but it's starting to annoy me and make me wonder if it is harmful.

My friend's computer got the same error. Nothing was wrong with his computer. 

 

Edit: it was a windows 7 PC.

As long as your computer isn't crashing or bsoding, I wouldn't worry about it.

well from what I've heard from people now seems like it's just another idiotic windows error and probably something they fucked up in updates. Everything still opens and runs fine so I guess I'll be ok with it for now.
