Didn't even know this existed, and the price and speed are on par with 850 evos, nice. Labeling seems kinda lame though.

Almost all SSDs advertise 500+ mbps.

Speed isn't what what matters at this point, reliability and endurance is.

This is just a relabeled sandisk SSD, nothing new. Samsung is still better.

Nothing to do with the name, its to do with the labeling. Its just a plain old generic WD logo and stuff, nothing fancy or sleek looking like a samsung SSD.

Except they aren't. There's a thread in the tech news and reviews section, and according to the benchmarks they're actually quite bad.

Call your next SSD like Sky Blue or something to signify your aquasition of San Disk to be like an ascention in evolution to say, you're taking to the skies. No longer are you stuck in the lake, eating caviar. 

Like a passive aggressive way to say "Samsung... your time in the SSD market is limited. Your 50 million other departments will have to be your specialties."
