Looking for New Laptop

So I am looking to purchase a new laptop that is portable for school and can still play most games, but I'm on a pretty tight budget.

 

games that I play:

•League of Legends

•Terraria

•Warframe

•Garry's Mod

•TF2

•Ark Survival Evolved

 

I am also looking for something that still has the ability to do a little of 3D animation. Would like upgradibility in future.

 

Edit: Budget is about 700-1k

TBH, any laptop these days will play those games. The question is how well.

 

Maybe look for a laptop with a 950M or 960M.

Cheapish: Lenovo Y700 and Dell 7559 (960M) (around $750-under $1K)

Medium-high range without going full Predator 21X/MSI GS83VR: ASUS ROG Strix GL502VM and MSI GS63VR/GS43VR (GTX 1060) (1.5-1.8K)

Lenovo IdeaPad 700 would also fit your needs too. Uses the 950M instead of the 960M on the Y700. Currently the laptop I'm using now, and I've been happy with it so far.

True. I think a bit extra for the 960M is worth it though as you are getting performance very close to a desktop 750ti

The Y700 is not a cheapish laptop, the Dell 7559 is. The Y700 is a fairly well build laptop, where the 7559 is a very budget laptop, they cut a lot of corners to get it down to that price, like quality control, build quality, keyboard and speakers.

"cheapish " = pricewise

A Y700 with a 960M and i7 6700HQ can be had for just under or around 1K normally and significantly less when on sale

that is a nice price and cheap for it, but it is by no means a cheaply made laptop. I just wanted to make that clear
