Wireless to Ethernet Hybrid

Datsun

Tired of "last mile" copper monopolies for internet service. Have a house pre-wired for Ethernet in every room. Switch in the basement. T-Mobile began offering "unlimited" data on September 6th, with WiFi hotspot using a tablet. Have a fair signal at a second floor window. Would prefer to convert incoming wireless immediately to Ethernet, run it to the basement and back out to the existing network, foregoing all wireless mods or loss of signal strength.

Haven't seen anything that is "paint-by-number," just a lot of possibilities and assurances...

Does anyone know of a perfectly certain remedy?

If you want to do it properly? Do what this video is talking about. He has a catchy title but really the principle is the same. Not a bad idea if there is free public WiFi near your house that you can tap into. Especially if you combine it with something like a load-balancing router and a second connection.

Fools think they know everything, experts know they know nothing

You didnt read the fine print. T Mobile can begin throttling at like 22 Gigs of data. Now I do know there are WiFi Routers that have the abllity to connect to 4G LTE. Maybe something like that, connected to your main switch.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
