Well I measured out what needed to be cut earlier and made the relevant cuts to allow me to have the 240mm radiators in the front

That definitely isn't a empty bottle of captain morgans in the background...

Going to get some sort of filler to get rid of the holes around the 240mm radiator. I also had to take the front drive cage as this needs cutting down to allow the 240mm radiator in. Also I am only really going to be using three of the front bays so I am not too worried about loosing one.

Here is an update on the build of the computer. After a few attempts on getting the right size tubing I have finally got the right stuff. (not my fault, kept getting sent the wrong sized stuff. )

I will be spraying the drive cage area black as there was no paint under it when I took it out.  I will also finish the cuts and find a bottom to the drive cage as it is currently missing one.

Once all this is done! I just need to get some distilled water to clean the radiators out and then it can be built!

you know what im sayinz

Well while I wait for the case to finish drying here is three images. Im a bit bored and want to just get building this!!!

Decided to use the 45 degree angle fittings instead of having the large tubing bends. I found that the tubing I was using was just kinking. Obviously not a good thing!

It was stuck in the Monsta rad for a short time. I had to get some pliers to pull it out. At least I have a few spares!

Well the loop is together now, But has been taken apart three times because of leaks...

Two of the fittings which I have are faulty so I have had to move a few things around in the loop to accommodate for these issues. mainly so that you can only see the nice XSPC fittings instead of the stock ones...

It is currently just bleeding out the air from the system, the EK spin reservoir just makes me want to pee all the time. Just constant running water.

I will have some more pictures up soon unless it decides to leak again :S

Okay, its is pretty much bled now. Been gently shaking the computer over the last hour and a half.

But it is leak free now and looking good!

Moved the tubing to the side of the GPU bridge.

At the bottom of the GPU bridge there seamed to be a leak when using the XSPC fittings,  swapped it to a XSPC stop fitting and that still leaked. So put the stock EK fitting in there and the leak stopped... Also took the RAM out as tightening the CPU compression fittings was getting tough

  • 1 month later...

Okay! Finally I have got some time to sort a few things out inside the computer and get some photos of it. I drained the loop again and sorted a few bits out and added some LED's to the system. There is going to be some better photos once the computer is completely finished, but here are some progression photos I guess...

Managed to get a mark on the case somehow. I am going to wipe it off later.

A few more after this once I have sorted the power supply sticker out and the cover for the SLI bridge. Not had much time as I have started a new job and only have weekends/ evenings now.

Aww, no white LED's! White LED's would have been PERFECT in this build! All of the green would just burst with vibrance! I vote change them to white! Other than that gorgeous build :)

agreed tis' too much green white led's would help the contrast come out with the cooling system
