so i have this friend that dont wanna accept the truth

8521546

i have two friends and both of them have gotten good gaming computers, one have a 377k stock speed and a reference gtx 680 stock speed and the other one have a 477k at 4,4GHz and a "msi gtx 780 gaming" clocked to 1200MHz... the funny thing is that the one with the 377k stock and 680 strongly belives he have the best computer just because he have a motherboard that is a little more expensive (we are talking about a msi z87-g45 vs a asus p8z77 lx)

that level of stupidity is sad to hear in real life

I'd take a 3rd gen i7 over Haswell any day. But the 780 does destroy him in the graphics department.

Download some benchmark programs for the CPU/GPU (or combined tests)

Save to USB drive

Install/Run on Both their PC's so you can show them "how cool their pc is, with graphs, lists, charts, numbers"

Saving the bench results as image files to the USB stick.

When one friend talks smack,.. pull out the proof, and tell him to pull his head out of his lying ass....

While I'd be happy to ignore friends, those that think they actually know how to do everything, tell you their way or ideas.. and its got nothing to do with anything relevant.......

They need to learn,..make it known,.....Know your Shit or STFU

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

You make it seem like the 680 is a gt 210

When your looking directly at the 780, and its yours...in your system.. the 680 may as well be a GT 210, the 780 may as well be a GT210, he's never going to look at it if he's gaming on it :)

The 680 is very close to the 7970, and the 780 murders the 7970.

By that logic, an outdated POS P4 extreme chip that retailed for 1k is better than his system.

Wow...some people are this dense.
