Virus on main PC (SOLVED)

Seems like i managed to remove it. Took 5 hours, tried safe mode etc. Only thing that worked was to remove avg and run windows defender (which was inactivated so i had to start it manually in services). 

 

Windows defender detected an error which it removed (after 3 hrs). Installed avast instead now and trying that for a while.

 

so i started my pc up and was watching a YT video. suddenly it jumps back to the last page i was on for no reason. go to  the video again. does the same thing again. does NOT let me watch the vid.

Quit YT dont know whats going on. now the pc starts to try to delete programs from my desktop all the time. i tried to start a scan on AVG. it said "an unknown program has disabled microsoft virus protection and AVG" i manage to spam my way through to get malwarebytes anti malware. run a scan. nothing detected. 

Now it starts to play the damn sound it makes when you're trying to move a file that cant be moved etc. that typical "ping" sound.

PLS help to identify this virus for me. I can not use AVG to scan or anything. it sais i need to upgrade to pro for no reason.

It literally spams my pc with shit and moves around/deletes files automatically.

back up files then reinstall

RESET WINDOWS and hit delete all files. if you have any IMP files just back them up

Have you considered a MAC? No all trolling aside you really should try to back it up and scan your files with a anti virus then reformat your entire drive scan it again and then take your files onto your fresh system safely, I hope. Also AVG is not very good have you tried Malwarebytes?

copy files to a USB drive and then format the PC.

As DeadEye said, disconnect it from the network.  If you aren't sure what's going on, your best bet is to eliminate the ability of the PC to leak any information or spread to other devices on your network.

If I were you I wouldn't panic at all, just chill and see what it is, back up IMP files in your 2 TB HDD after scanning them for virus and RESET windows by selecting delete all files.

He said he tried Malwarebytes but it didn't detect anything. Honestly Malwarebytes is only decent because it is free. There are many better AV out there with active protection instead of just passive definition based detection.

HAHA, look at his PC specs and tell me what kind of mac he should buy plus or him to play all those games and if you stay careful you don't catch any viruses, infact it is also possible to get viruses on macs.

How about Kaspersky? (they have a free virus removal tool and a rescue disc!)

UPDATE: I have Teamspeak openened now. NOT connected to network.  no beeping not trying to move shit around etc. so it seems the virus can only act in the environment/program i have as my main window. it can not delete files on desktop while i have teamspeak as main window.

Malwarebytes is NOT anti-virus. It's only good for malware; which it sounds like OP is dealing with a virus. Safest bet is to backup what you can, while you can, but be careful you don't backup the source of the virus obviously. Go through your recent installations/downloads and figure out what the source was. A virus rarely just 'appears' on a system; 99% of the time it's due to the user. Make sure to get rid of whatever it was that infected you. Reformat and reinstall Windows fresh. You could try booting into safe mode and running malware/anti-virus scans to get rid of it, or identify the source if you don't know what it is; but to make sure you're clean a full format/reinstall is safest.

Viruses are a type of malware 

 

Malwarebytes does have AV protection in their paid version as well.

WTF, you need no DVD drive, just go to start and search reset and press on it, will erase all the files and give you a fresh windows install if you select delete all my files in the process. This is a new feature in WIN 10

Should i disconnect my HDD before this or is there a chance that the virus infected that harddrive aswell? cant find my usb now either fuck me

Also OP, AVG has a boot CD you could try to make on another PC that will scan for viruses. It is usually really effective.

Take a breath man, try to stay calm.  Going off half cocked is gonna get you into trouble.  There is a possibility that your other drives that are on the same system have been infected, so be careful.
