dont take it as a fact but it dose seems like this verry well could be close to what the 1080TI will be, IF there ever is going to be one

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

It seems to make sense to me except the memory bandwidth seems a little low.

The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is the none gddr5x memory. Both the 1080 and the titan Xp had it, so i would be surprised if they reverted back to gddr5. Really, with no source I have a hard time believing that this is the real specs. Seems to be a (potentially accurate) guess as to what the specs could be.

Yeah there is no way they would use ddr5 over ddr5x

based on the previous Titan X spec and 980TI

 

the 1080Ti will still have GDDR5X but with only 6GB of VRAM vs 12GB of the Titan XP

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Well its supposed to be a step above the 1080 but not above the Titan. So it does make sense to just make it a little better than the 1080 but not Titan good.

 

Just my 2 cents. 

 

Im just waiting on the Asus Strix 1080Ti to release and Ill pick it up. Only got a 1070, 1080 Strix.
