- buy some cheap second hand Dell, with some old quad core

- buy a cheap second hand GPU like an R9 270 or whatever.

 

Basically there is nothing really good new for 150 USD.

sure, here is what i can get for $150 because i buy used parts:

I3 530

H55-E33

4GB RAM

GTX 660

Delta 400W PSU

250GB 7200rpm HDD

and a case is for those with money so just get a cardboard box untill you can bother to get something nice

 

that would go in at about $130ish 

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

you can atleast slap a I5 in that later and  get a proper GPU so you could keep some parts of it
