Good Silent CPU Coolers?

I need a Silent CPU Cooler but also be good in performance. Right now I just have the Default AMD CPU cooler and it is just too loud. I can hear it through a silent proof case. 

 

So basically Silent but good temps. Thank you!

Budget?

The NH-D14/15 or Dark Rock Pro 3 are really good.

No budget, but I just cant have super tall or super wide as it is only a Mid Size case. So just a single fan CPU cooler would be nice.

If you look up the manufacturer page of your case it should tell you in the specs what the max height of CPU cooler can be.

Mid tower cases can almost always fit those coolers I mentioned.

150mm is Max CPU Cooler height.
