Those CPU and GPU exist with naturally expired warranty.

Useless critics apart, your CPU won't bottleneck your GPU if that's what you want to know

I just built myself a new PC using parts online and some parts I have at home

now I was just wondering if my new graphics card is having a bottleneck with my cpu

these are my full specifications

Intel® Core™ i7-3770

MSI Z77A-G43 GAMING

G.SKILL RipjawsX F3-1600C9S-8GXLL ( 32GB 8x4)

SAPPHIRE Tri-X R9 290 4G GD5 (New Edition)

Cooler Master V1000 RS-A00-AFBA-G1

Seagate BarraCuda Pro 10TB x4

Seagate FireCuda 2TB x2 ( Games and OS )

I'm not an expert on Hardware performance and would really appreciate your answers

Why did you buy a 1000W PSU for a system that uses 300W?

You'd have been fine with a 550W. I don't see much bottleneck in your build, but I would say get a better GPU like the 460/470.
