No new Nexus. Google said next phone will be the Pixel and Pixel XL and there is a large likelihood that it will not be vanilla android, since rumor has it they want to add "unique features." If you get the nexus 6p, wait or the price drop since the new phones are being officially announced 10/4. The OnePlus 3 would be a good buy if you don't mind running cyanogen or want a cheaper phone with high specs.

I don't know about you but I'm hyped for the xiaomi mi note 2, its getting a snap 820 top specs, ect and a curved screen, I'm guessing the price around ~$450 but if your in the US, the LTE bands might be shiet so you will get bad reception is my guess (cause its a Chinese phone)

@Jano321 Rumor has it that the Pixel phone will see a price increase from the previous Nexus'. The 32/64gb 6P goes on sale often May be worth it if you want stock android.

I got Cyanogen just to test if my LTE would work better. It's usable with Oxygen OS too.

Will the Nexus 6P and OnePlus3 still get support over the years?

@Jano321 Google usually does 2-3 years worth of OS updates for the Nexus' devices, and an additional 1 - 2 years of security updates.
