More than likely a virus link.

 

Also, USB mod menus are nearly impossible on Xbox 360 for games like Call of Duty (if that's what you're searching for :P)

Now I just wanna download it and throw every antivirus software at it I can and see which ones actually detect it as a virus.

looks  like one, just close the browser, clear cookies and do a quick scan on the system to see if you have picked up something nasty
