i7-4790k Overclocking On Air

I currently have a Hyper 212 EVO and will be getting my CPU soon i'm just wondering how far might I be able to overclock. For reference I will be getting an I74790k, and i have a Asus Z97-A USB 3.1

Every CPU is different. Given the max voltage you can push (which will be determined by both your cooler and other factors), there's going to be a different limit on the CPU frequency on a per chip basis.
