Customer Service is fine. They have always been nice to me. If something is wrong or needing replaced they have always done it at a very fast rate. I can navigate the website just fine & find what I need. Not sure what your issue is here. I had a question once about a block + different backplate fitting on a 290x, and they literally opened all of it up and sent detailed pictures to me showing that it all fit and lined up. They have yet to mess up any of my orders, and I've probably spent $3,000 or so over the past few years there.
