Safest possible way to surf the dark net?

duckwithanokhat

In advance, I don't want to go on the dark net, I am just purely curious as to what the safest way to surf it is. As fake as the sounds it's true, choose to believe it or not.

Anyways, my theory for the safest possible way to surf the dark net is:

Buying used laptop, no webcam, and no microphone with cash (no credit card)

Laptop is running tails OS

Use proxy

Use TOR (obviously)

Connect to public wifi network (ex: mcdonalds free wifi)

Anyone have any different ideas or things they want to add?

Having an anti-virus on would be a terrible idea. It scans everything you do, and possibly send the analyzed results back to the developers.

running it In a box could send data to the creators ergo pointless waste of resources and actually lowers security.
