Which one i3 6100 or i3 6300?

Whichever is cheaper (so 6100, unless the 6300 is only a dollar or two more).

 

if you can afford a 6300, then you can also afford a 6500. Buy that instead.

i3 6100 is better for the money but the 3600 is a bit faster but for that price I would just go to a i5 6500

It's $40 more for an extra 100mhz (and 300mhz boost iirc). So no, the 6300 is just a waste of money compared to a 6100.
