Is it safe to travel with a motherboard bought on Amazon

Hi,

Has any of you purchased a motherboard on Amazon? I'd like to know if it's safe to travel with it in its original package.

Thanks a lot.

Which mobo? What makes you think Amazon is bad? Amazon only sells items not making them. Quality of a mobo is their manufacturer

Most newer motherboards are designed good enough to take a lot of hits, so it will be fine...

Depends upon where you're going.  If you're travelling to North Korea, Cuba, Afghanistan, or Iran/Iraq, then you may very well need a license from the government to export such a device.  Under the terms of the sanctions that may or may not be in place against those countries.
