Well, if you don't have a board you can't use it for anything practical. Sell it, or if you want to use it buy a board for it.

Or make a keychain, paperweight, etc.

Yeah but i'm thinking of a use for it if i build something with it. 3.2ghz Pentium 4 architecture, 130 watts 2 cores.
