Seeing the specs now, it looks like you're going to basically just be building a new rig.

 

For a modern machine, you're gonna want a new CPU, a new GPU, and new RAM. Do you know what PSU, storage devices, case, and cooler you have? Any parts worth keeping can bring the cost down.
