What characteristics do you look for in earbuds? What matters.

Sound leak?

Bass?

Ability to hear vocals very well?

Style? Looks can be everything.

These are honestly the best earbuds i think you can buy. They are literally 10 dollars the bass hits hard and deep- They are comfortable and block background noise. -Even without music playing i have to take these out to hear people very well. - $9.68U.S

These are friendly to runners and people who listen while moving a lot. They share characteristics with the NX80's /\ /\ /\ /\ But have slightly less bass and don't block sound as well. Personally i think they aren't nearly as comfortable either. But the focus point is they are made with the ear clip thing that holds them on your ears very tight.  - $16.79U.S

These look gorgeous with the wood finish. They are Marley which is a speaker/headphone company made as tribute to Bob Marley, If you are familiar with his music they are kind of tuned like that. Good bass but still extremely clear vocals. These are the most expensive ones on the list at $43.63U.S

I hope i was helpful in some way.

Sound leak isnt an issue for me

I love bass and I need clear highs, mids can be "meh" for all I care

Looks are a non issue unless they are neon anything, then I wont want themxD

Soundmagic E10. They are amazing. Using them right now, did a ton of research and these were the best I could find for $60

What about moving around? Will you be doing that with them on.

What genre do you listen to most?

I know the MEE m6 Pro are neutral and 50 and are pretty good. But you're looking for whats called a V signature style of headphones. Recessed mids so guitar and vocals. But the M6s aren't V shaped.

I'd go with these https://www.amazon.com/NoiseHush-Earphones-Premium-Headphones-Microphone/dp/B005QAV6FC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1471393256&sr=8-1&keywords=NoiseHush+NX80\&tag=linus21-20

Or these

Both are good, i'd make my decision by if i wan't to spend the extra money.

Spending $60 on nonreplacable cable iem is like throwing money away every few months. I would suggest spending a little more and grab Shure se215, it usually can be found for $80.
