€400 PC build idea

I am going to build my first pc and I wonder if anyone could give some feedback on whether or not this pc would be any good for medium gaming and some light video editing.

Here is the build:
CPU - AMD Athlon X4 880K
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-HD3
GPU - ASUS GeForce GTX 750Ti 2gb
RAM - Crucial balistix sport 8gb single stick
HDD - Seagate 1Tb
PSU - EVGA 430 80+
Case - Corsair Carbide Series 100R

It would be great if somebody with experience could give some feedback.
Thank you

i would REALLY recommend seeing if you can get an i3 in the budget instead of amd... getting an rx 460 will give you more performance than a 750ti, and the 500w/600w 80+ is not much more expensive than the 430 and it comes with an extra pci-e plug for future gpu expansion.

1- Get the RX 460/GTX 950, the 750ti is underpowered nowadays

2- consider the i3 6100 over the 880K, it has stronger single core IPC which is important for many games.

I read somewhere that for most games nowadays you need at least 4 cores. Is this true or is this not quite as essential as I thought?
