I would change the 500GB drive to a 1TB. Personally I use Seagate HDDs where possible but I think Toshiba should be fine.

What about Power supply? I'd recommend a Corsair Rm600x

Also an extra 8GB would be great if you can squeeze some extra money in your budget.

That looks pretty good to me. Though is this pretty close to your budget or can we try and squeeze something else in here?

I'm mostly looking at either more RAM or a higher capacity hard drive.

Im not worried about storage since I only play GTA 5, FSX and CSGO

will I need more ram for a triple monitor setup?

PSU is a decent quality 600w one, had it for 2 years with no problems.

For Storage 500gb is enough and I plan on upgrading ram in future.

I'd get a bigger SSD and forgo the hard drive altogether then :P . Unless you have other things to store.

And no, but more RAM wouldn't hurt (to a point >_> ) and it's not much expensive to go 16GB these days.

No but I've seen personally more RAM does get better FPS in some games.

Minecraft, GTA V and a few others benefit from 16GB. Without it, it has to access the page file and slow down the game to store it on your SSD or HDD which is 10-50x slower and 50-100x slower respectively than accessing main memory.

Do you plan on overclocking? if not then a i5-6500 would be a better choice since it's cheaper.

Yeah I plan on doing some heavy overclocking, this will be running 3 1080p screens and a gtx 1070. Will a 6400 be enough for that?

It would be just dandy. You don't need X processor to support 3 displays. You need a nice amount of VRAM (like 4-6GB) and a GPU supporting multiple outputs.
