Will a 6600K bottleneck an R9 390?

Generally, yes. If you can afford the RX 480, it'll be better.

Well if you want to save money the 380 will likely be your only option, if you want better performance overall the RX 470 would be a better option.

Good choice, but still a RX 480 to R9 Fury X is a better match for your strong CPU. (not that you will find  a 480 cheaper than 470 sadly...)

Agreed. My brother runs a 380 with his X4 860k, so you should get a stronger graphics card, but the i5 will be very good for games like GTA V that are really CPU heavy.
