Most recent stable AMD drivers + help installing them?

Hey guys

 

What's the most recent stable drivers for AMD GPUs? I've upgraded to the most recent ones, and I can't game for more than 20 seconds without my PC crashing.

 

Using a 290x.

 

How do download and install older drivers?
