I recently upgraded my cpu to i7 6700(non k as i don't oc), other components are a zotac gtx 970, kingston hyperx fury 8gb on a gigabyte b150m d3h motherboard and 1tb wd green hdd. I noticed that during my session with The Division the cpu liad spikes up to as high as 100%. Mostly it stays somewhere between 80-95% and for the rest part it hovers around 60-70%. No issues with Fps though, I recieve a solid 60+ for the most part. almost everything is set to high except those fog and wind affected snow details, aa turned off and shadows lowered. While for the rest of the big titles like crysis 3, watch dogs, GTA V, The witcher 3, The crew the load is generally in between 30-60%(everything set to ultra). Is this normal? If this game(the division) maxes out this Cpu I'm worried how this Cpu is gonna run upcoming titles like Ghost recon wildlands, watch dogs 2, battlefield 1, and many other.
I usualy play at 1600x1024 resolution. Any thoughts?

All seems pretty normal to me. It will run those newer games just fine, you may just have to turn down a setting or two.

Why would you pick WD Green? Its 5400rpm while your games will load much faster on 7200rpm WD Blue or Black.
