I have two qouestion :

1) am planning to build pc around 2000$ for design purposes especially revit mep so i need help with picking the suitable parts

2) which better for autocad 2d gtx 1060 or rx 480

Actually I just figured out that autocad revit can use up to 16 cores. Let me make a new build.

The program you use can use up to 16 cores, which is why I went with the 10 core CPU.

Yes i understand but my question single thread speed of 6800k will bet the two extra cores of the xeon ?

The singlecore performance is better on the 6800K but the Xeon has 4 more cores which will help a lot for what you are doing.
